Columbus, Ohio-based artist Laura Shaw has been perfecting her style in the form of comics and illustrations with her usage of exaggerated spot-blacks and high-maintenance details.  With her skill comes her high-performance passion for writing which gives life to her creations. Shaw has been included in several comics and illustration anthologies with her most recent being included in the Columbus Comics Coalition annual CXC anthology. She will graduate from Columbus College of Art and Design in 2024 with her major, Comics and Narrative Practice with her BFA.
